Outreach

St. Andrew's focuses on both local and non-local opportunities to help those in need.

Throughout the year we offer multiple opportunities to connect with our neighbors near and far.

Here is a summary of typical outreach.

  1. We continuously collect for the food pantry called Fishes and Loaves at Lehman UMC in Hatboro. Non-perishable items may be dropped off in Zion Hall.
  2. We offer fundraisers to help support Healthy Neighbors International whose goal is to improve the lives of those in need in villages and others out in the mission field.
  3. In the late summer we collect children’s school supplies to be donated locally.
  4. The fall season brings the opportunity for Operation Christmas Child. We put Shoeboxes together for Samaritan’s Purse which are sent globally.
  5. Last year was the first year, we signed Christmas cards for those that are incarcerated to share our love and peace and as a reminder of God’s grace.
  6. Prior to Thanksgiving we gather food items for Thanksgiving Dinners.
  7. At Christmas time we have opportunities to give for those in need.

In addition we offer community wide events with our annual fall and spring fests.

And each Christmas and Easter Season we have a light show with music.
